• Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
• Custom, personalized, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

Step 2 – Prepare the Package

Step 3 – Ship the Return

Ship the package using a trackable carrier at your expense, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Retain the shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non‑refundable, except when the return is a result of our error.
• If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or missing components, we reserve the right to deny the refund or deduct a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or product, follow the same return process. Once the original item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost, provided the exchange item is in stock.
